How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $10 anywhere in the world. Orders over $89.99 ship free.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Australia and New Zealand, the United States and Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East.
We are an Australian brand based in Sydney. Our products ship from our fulfilment partner's international warehouses, which is what allows us to deliver worldwide at this price.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 10–20 business days.
Delivery within the United States is often faster. South American and remote addresses can take longer, as customs clearance is slower.
These are honest averages rather than marketing figures. If you need something within a week, we are not the right choice, and we would rather say so now.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Australian orders include GST in the displayed price, with nothing further to pay.
For other countries, any customs or import charges are set by your own government and are the recipient's responsibility. They are uncommon at these order values, but we would rather you knew than be surprised.
What if it is not right for me?
Thirty-day returns. Email us and we will resolve it. We would rather refund you than have you keep something you do not sleep well on.
For hygiene reasons the mask must be unused and unopened. The pillow can be returned even if slept on.
The pillow feels unusual on the first night.
That is expected. A contoured pillow takes most people three to seven nights to adjust to, particularly after years on a flat one.
Give it a full week before judging it. Your thirty days is more than enough time to do that properly.
